Crockpot Beef and Broccoli Recipe
If you like beef and broccoli served at most Asian restaurants, this similar recipe is very good. Albertson and other grocery stores carry a selection of Asian flavoring ingredients. I prefer to use lean brisket meat because it is very tasty over other types of meat. This recipe can be made in the morning before work and well completed after work.
Crockpot Beef and Broccoli Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs cut up broccoli
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
3/4 pound thin fajita beef strips
Crockpot Beef and Broccoli Recipe Directions
Combine the salt, pepper, garlic, oyster sauce, and soy sauce. Marinate the beef strips in the mixture. Place the broccoli into the Crockpot followed by the beef strips. Now pour the remaining marinade into the Crockpot. Add the cornstarch and water together and pour into the stoneware. Mix the liquid around lightly and cook on low for 6 hours for some delicious beef and broccoli with a thick, sweet sauce.
Crockpot Beef and Broccoli Recipe Extras
The beef becomes very soft and tasty. A good option for obtaining the beef here is to buy a medium sized brisket trimmed of fat and cut into beef strips that can be stored. This saves money and the taste of brisket here is very tasty.
Tony Romas Beef Ribs Crockpot Recipe

Crockpot T-Bone Steak Recipe
T-Bone Steak is usually best when it is grilled medium and very juicy. I tried cooking it in the Crockpot and found that the steak was very flavorful and tasty even though the same grilled taste is not there. Still I rotate on how I cook my T-Bone Steak, either by grilling or slow cooking because this recipe is actually very good and the meat is very juicy.

1 medium T-Bone Steak
3 cloves of garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of pepper
2 tbsp of olive oil

1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
1 medium potato

Crockpot T-Bone Steak Recipe Revision
For those who would prefer not to have the bone, cut the meat around the bone and use the same cooking method. This way 2 to 3 T-Bone Steaks can be used.
