Pickle Fan

Ingredients & Tools Needed:

Sweet or Dill Mini Pickles, whole
Paring knife
Cutting Board

Take the pickle and with the paring knife and starting about ¼ inch from the stem side of the pickle cut a slice ¼ inch thick down to the other end. Do this all the way across the pickle till you have the whole pickle sliced up. Now gently fan the pickle and place on your platter.
